Hello friends! I feel like I’ve won the lottery being married to Connor. Among the many lovely things he does, he is our designated poison ivy remover. We have this small patch that keeps cropping up around our tree every year. This year the patch got a little out of hand before we spotted it.
Connor would like you all to know that he is still itchy from pulling out all that poison ivy. He wore gloves and a long sleeve shirt, but the shirt pulled up and exposed his wrists. He’s got a near perfect red ring around both wrists. Poor guy.
A Few Obsessions From This Week
Who’s thinking about Halloween already? Me obviously! I saw some cute quilts that make me want to collect fabric with small patterns or delicate plaids in orange and black. Quilt 1. Quilt 2.
Chase Prairie has put out a preorder for their dissertation on prairies. What is particularly awesome about it is it’s in comic form! I’m super excited to get my copy.

Ugh, I've got poison ivy too. It's the worst. Thanks for sharing about Chase's dissertation--that looks amazing.
